Gaming is for fun — not stress. mg999 believes responsible gaming is the key to healthy entertainment. Know your limits, stay safe, and enjoy the experience.
Mg999 wants every player to enjoy gaming as entertainment — not a source of financial stress or mental strain.
At mg999, you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.
If you feel like you have been playing too long, take a break. mg999 lets you set a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
If you need a longer break, use the Self-Exclusion option. It can be kept active for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.
Set your session duration — mg999 will automatically alert you and log you out when time is up.
Mg999 is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age is verified during account registration, and any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately.
If you have concerns about gaming, mg999's support team is always here for you. All assistance is provided with complete confidentiality.
Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming within safe boundaries — in a way that does not harm your family, finances, or mental health. At mg999, we always say: gaming should be a source of joy, not stress.
Online gaming is becoming more popular in Bangladesh every day. Slots, bingo, or live games — each offers excitement and the chance to win. But when that excitement turns into addiction, problems begin. That's why mg999 is committed to building a culture of responsible gaming from the start.
A responsible gamer knows there are no guaranteed wins, so they only wager what they can afford to lose. mg999 honours this mindset by providing multiple safety tools.
mg999's core principle: "Play for fun, not to win." Set your budget before every gaming session and stick to it.
Gaming healthily doesn't mean never playing — it means maintaining the right balance. A responsible gamer displays these traits:
If all of the above traits apply to you, you're enjoying gaming in a healthy way. Welcome to mg999!
Gaming addiction builds gradually — often without you realising it. Watch out for the following signs:
Warning: If you notice any two or more of these signs in yourself, contact mg999 support right away.
These signs are not a sign of weakness — they are early indicators of a problem that can be resolved easily when addressed in time.
Ask yourself the following questions honestly. Your answers will give you a clear picture of your gaming habits:
Have you spent more on gaming than your budget allowed in the past month?
Have you bet more trying to win back lost money?
Has gaming caused you to spend less time with family or at work?
Have you tried to cut back on gaming but been unable to?
Have you borrowed money or taken on debt to fund your gaming?
Do you feel anxious or irritable when you are unable to play?
If you answered "Yes" to more than three questions, use mg999's self-exclusion tool or contact the support team.
